Construction on Le Quartier began in November 2023. The 4-storey building is expected to be completed in the Winter or Spring of 2026. Le Quartier will include 45 residential rental units (1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units), 2,610 square feet of commercial rental units, and 40 covered parking spaces (assigned and visitor).
