Construction on Le Quartier began in November 2023. The 4-storey building is expected to be completed in August 2025. Le Quartier will include 45 residential rental units (1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units), 2400 square feet of commercial rental units, and 40 covered parking spaces (assigned and visitor). Members of the public interested residential units may email [email protected] or call Sunrex at 204-227-3223 to be added to the waitlist.
